Prospective parents must first tour the school to become familiar with the Montessori method before scheduling an observation of a class. We strongly suggest that you tour other programs and Montessori schools before submitting your application. Enrollment is for the entire academic year, and schedules must remain consistent. We do not allow drop-ins. To apply, please follow the steps below.
Call the school to sign up (no children, please). It is important that you become familiar with our program, our teaching methods, and the culture of the school to determine if we are the right fit for you and your family. You may schedule an observation only after you have personally attended a tour.
Schedule a 30 minute observation of class (click here for observation guidelines). In order to observe, you MUST have attended a tour. Please do not bring your child to a classroom observation. Once enrolled, you and your child will have more than one opportunity to drop by for an informal visit.
Submit an application with the appropriate fee. Priority goes to children who will attend at least 2 years, then to full time students. Before submitting an application, review our program information and visit other schools. Ask questions to determine if Montessori is a good fit for you and your child.
Once your application has been processed and your child has been accepted, you will be asked via email to confirm your intent to enroll by returning a tuition deposit and signed tuition contract. The deposit will be applied to your last payment for the contracted school year, or it may be carried over during reenrollment, but it is non-refundable if you decide not to enroll or withdraw early for whatever reason.
All enrollment forms must be returned PRIOR to your child’s first day in attendance. A list of personal items your child must have for school, our procedure for drop off and pick up, and useful information on getting started will be emailed prior to your child's start date.
HEALTH & IMMUNIZATION POLICY
All incoming students must be fully immunized. Any medical exemptions to a vaccine or vaccine component must be documented by a physician. Personal and religious exemptions, and alternative schedules, will not be honored.
An immunization record and a general health assessment, current within the last 12 months, must be returned prior to attendance.
We do not discriminate age, sex, gender, or religion in any aspect of our operations, and we’ll accommodate children with special needs if we determine that our teachers and facilities can do so effectively.
